The condition of the item is always mentioned in our listings as mandatory. We provide New, Manufacturer Refurbished and Seller Refurbished conditioned products for our customers.

What do I do if my tracking tends to stop moving?
The tracking information will be provided once the shipping carrier has picked up your package and scans it into their system. Once the shipping carrier has scanned the package, the tracking status will show an origin scan or certainly similar. Your package should then be delivered within the shipping time-frame you selected. If there is no tracking information available, you may check back later in the evening or the following business day. If it has been more than 3 business days, you are welcome to contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not forget to mention your order ID.
When can I expect my item delivered?
We always provide tracking for all of our transaction that are being shipped. The shipments within US are assured to be delivered under 3-5 business days. And for all international orders it takes around 12-15 business days for delivery completion.
What is your 'cut-off' time for shipments?
We try our best to ship out same day for payments cleared before 12:00PM (Central Time), otherwise we do shipments next working day. It generally takes 3-5 business days. We also entertain our customers with Express shipping facility where the merchandise is received within 48 hours.
What if the item I purchase comes out to be defected/not working/DOA?
All shipped products are already tested prior shipping to customer. Now if the product checks non-working, you will be provided an RMA. RMA number is only valid for 10 days after that it will be voided. Afterwards, we will be unable to process the RMA. Please contact us and we will get back to you for the resolution shortly.
